Dear Pan-European friends,

The British people have democratically decided to exit from the European Union. It is now the task of the twenty seven European Union member states to take the full consequences of it.
In the face of the internal and external challenges and threats that we are confronted with, it is important more than ever to build a strong, independent, and solidary Pan-Europe.
